One thing Rhode Island hiking trails are NOT known for is great signage and trail markers. Iβd recommend using AllTrails to navigate the hiking trail.

Hi Medresith, love your work and thanks for this blog post! I am a fellow Rhode Islander and absolutely love this state and all its beauty. Just wanted to say thanks and suggest a couple of hikes if you have not already been. Trustom Pond in Charleston one of my favorite coastal hikes, and Long and Ell pond in the Rockland management area. I love starting at Ell pond and hiking towards Long pond. Keep up your wonderful works and safe hiking!
Thanks, Tracey! Trustum Pond is actually next on my list and I also LOVE Ell Pond / Long Pond! I have plans to go back in June when the Rhododendrons are in bloom
